Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes.

At Direct Peptides, the product images shown on our website are of the exact item you will receive. We make every effort to display accurate and up-to-date photos of each research peptide, including its vial, label, and packaging.

All products are:

  • Freshly stocked
  • Sealed from the manufacturer
  • Accurately labeled

If for any reason the product you receive does not match the listing (which is extremely rare), please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

After your order is successfully placed on Direct Peptides, your sales receipt (invoice) will be automatically sent to the email address you used during checkout.

You can also view your receipt anytime by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your account on Direct Peptides
  2. Go to My Account → Orders
  3. Click on the View button next to the relevant order
  4. Your receipt/invoice will be displayed and can be downloaded as a PDF

If you cannot find your receipt, please contact our support team with your order number and we will resend it immediately.

How can I return an item?

At Direct Peptides, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. However, due to the sensitive nature of research peptides (temperature-controlled, sterile, and perishable products), we have a limited return policy.

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The item is unopened and sealed
  • It is in its original packaging
  • You notify us within 7 days of receiving the order

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at [your email] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for approval before shipping the item back.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund (minus shipping costs).

Important Note: All peptides are sold for laboratory research purposes only. Opened or used products cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes, we regularly restock popular items at Direct Peptides.

Most products marked as “Out of Stock” are expected to be back in inventory within 7 to 21 days, depending on supplier availability and demand.

You can:

  • Check the product page regularly, as restocks happen frequently.
